Jonathan has nearly 10 years Blue Chip industry experience across sales and marketing for both Coca-Cola Enterprises and Red Bull. An enthusiastic self starter, career projects have included division set up for a City recruitment firm and Research and Insight capabilities at Red Bull UK. As an Executive Performance and Leadership Coach, Jonathan is motivated by making a difference to others by helping clients embrace change for success by leveraging Emotional Intelligence, support, challenge and accountability. Jonathan is an accredited EQ consultant for Reuven Bar-On's Emotional Quotient (EQ) Inventory, the world’s leading tool for measuring and developing EQ competencies. Jonathan is a qualified coach through Coaches Training Institute UK and a trained NLP practitioner under Ian McDermott, a top 10 UK coach. Both training organisations are accredited by the International Coaching Federation and Jonathan is a member of the European Co-active coaching community. His key coaching strengths of being analytical and professional are combined with a sense of fun and a personal touch to his coaching methods.
