Movember
In-Kitler Fitness Bootcamp!

The In-Kilter Fitness Boot Camp is a 4 week journey to a new you, designed by "one of the country’s best personal trainers" (Mens Fitness Magazine).

Every weekday from 6am-7am for four weeks in November, you will take part in the one of the early morning hour long fitness sessions located at Old Deer Park, Twickenham Road, Richmond TW9 2SF. They will be conducted by your very own fitness instructor, where you’ll learn and participate in various fun physical activities ranging from Boxercise to Kettlebells.

The cost for this course is £250 (equipment included) and is limited to just 14 places per course which will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, so be quick to avoid disappointment. Money to paid by Friday 30th October 2009 - or call Stuart if you want to start after this date.

We've been running women's boot camps since January 2008 and are launching the first men's boot camp in conjunction with Movember. For every participant of the Movember bootcamp who grows a mo (slang for moustache) for Movember, In-Kilter Fitness will donate 10% of their course fee to http://uk.movember.com/mospace/

On the 27th Movember,we are also holding a Mo Party at http://www.thecanburyarms.com/ to thank Mo Bros and Sistas for their support and fund raising efforts. Details will follow!

This Introductory Talk explains the background and science behind Vedic meditation and the process for learning it. Elisabeth Cancio is a well-known instructor who will be sharing meditation knowledge and experience.

Receive the Reiki 2 attunement and learn how to use the sacred symbols and what they mean. Learn how to set up automatic and multiple healing treatments and how to send distant healing to others and to future events. This course covers the finer and more advanced aspects of healing and is available to those who have already received Reiki 1 training.
