Djembe Drumming Workshops

Learn how to drum in West London

Imagine surrendering yourself
with total abandon to the
drumming experience!

During these extraordinary drumming workshops you will …

  • Learn how to drum on the famous Djembe drum
  • Release your internal blocks to ‘rhythm’
  • Move beyond ego to total drumming freedom
  • Feel more physically and mentally relaxed!

Usually, when we are drumming, at first we may feel a little anxiety, or other emotional responses, because of the attachment to look good, because of wanting approval.

But the moment we release that fixation, our expression becomes natural, spontaneous and free. The experience becomes more enjoyable in the ‘now’. Imagine how that applies to many aspects of life!

The question is how do we release those fixations that limit our fullest experience of life? Come and learn how!

These workshops use the extremely popular Djembe drums, which are African hand drums that come in various sizes and are easy for anyone to hold either sitting down or standing up. Naturally, you could use any drum to learn, however Djembe are well-reputed for their unique tribal sounds and vibrational healing properties.

We only supply Djembe (for participant use or purchase) from sustainable and Fair Trade sources.
